Infrared was asked to create an elevated creative experience for Universal’s annual executive conference. The conference coincided with the vision of incoming Chairman/CEO Jody Gerson’s to create a cultural shift in the company which focused on harvesting an artistic core.
We produced a warm and inviting setting for the conference that featured a vintage styled décor and a retro vibe. Utilizing eclectic lounge furniture and featuring meals outside on the terrace, guests were engaged in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere to promote conversation. Infrared designed and executed a “music first” closing event in the studios at Capitol Records featuring world renowned songwriter Randy Newman.
Executives departed the conference with an overwhelming sense of collaboration and inspiration. The new epicenter of Universal Music Publishing Group, music and creativity, were experienced and displayed in every detail of the program.
