For the 2018 Final, Infrared managed the entire allocation of ticket and hospitality assets to each of the Sony Mobile markets using a bespoke online ordering and information portal.
Handled all on the ground logistics, including transfers, hotels, activities, welcome event, entertainment, pre-match lunch boat cruise. We also delivered the Exclusive UEFA asset “Fan Photography Experience”, which offers two lucky fans the chance to go pitch side at a UEFA Champions League match, throughout the season, including the Final.
Managed over 400 Sony Mobile guests from 26 countries across a three-day programme in Kiev, across eight hotels. A hugely successful program which enabled Sony Mobile to conduct business and host guests in a premium setting. Our seamless on the ground operations were praised by Sony and guests alike.
