Challenge
Movin’On by Michelin, the global summit on sustainable mobility, convened the top mobility stakeholders from across 31 countries to enrich and communicate the future of mobility. Partnering with C2, Infrared created a VIP & Media hospitality experience around Michelin’s inaugural Movin’On International summit, managing all travel and event logistics for conference attendees.
Experience
This three-day multi-track program featured an Innovation Center, where 80 exhibit partners showcased their latest technologies, a ride & drive, a startup village, conference stages, and breakout rooms, as well as purpose-designed collaborative spaces and experiential brainstorming facilities. We created and managed customized travel and hospitality offerings for various Michelin stakeholders including media, start-ups, VIP clients and public affairs.
Outcome
The post-event survey showed a majority of respondents had their perception of Michelin positively impacted and modernized by Movin’On. Michelin made an onsite decision to return the summit to Montreal in 2018.
