Challenge
Each year Indeed produces their own HR conference call “Indeed Interactive” to address important topics. Infrared was asked to organize a leadership dinner for Human Resources executives to discuss diversity and inclusion within the HR industry and corporate America.
Experience
Infrared curated an interactive event space at the Waterfall Mansion & Gallery where guests could converse and admire art together. Program elements included custom Indeed cocktails, a speech by renowned researcher and activist Freada Kapor Klein, a multi course dinner, and lively discussion on how HR leadership can change the landscape. Guests were encouraged to explore the multilevel gallery which houses a 20-foot indoor waterfall.
Outcome
With Indeed taking the lead as conversational catalyst, industry leaders discussed the state of diversity in HR industry, how to improve, and ways to share information and make an impact for positive change. Other Leadership Forum dinners are being planned in SF and Chicago and then again in other cities in 2019.
