Create and execute brand experiences and a VIP hospitality program for key adidas retail clients at the 2018 UEFA Champions League Final in Kiev.
Experience
Infrared managed the end to end guest experience including all guest communications, product & ticket management, accommodation, and F&B. We handled production and delivery of an evening rooftop ‘Welcome Party’, afternoon boat party with DJs and entertainment, and an immersive brand presentation to showcase the latest adidas product; the new adidas Predator.
To drive social amplification, we created #HereToCreate vinyls and positioned them in strategic areas. Showcasing the product was a key objective for adidas, so we curated an exclusive city running tour for guests and influencers which allowed for exposure to both adidas products and cultural aspects of Kiev.
Outcome
We achieved sustainability targets for energy, food and waste. Guest feedback across collaboration (operations), creative (brand experiences) and confidence (program management) was 9/10. Client feedback was excellent and Infrared has have been reappointed for 2019 UCL Final in Madrid.
