Experience:

During 2015, Infrared designed and planned nine national meetings for InterMune as they ramped up for commercialization and eventual acquisition into the Genentech franchise. By establishing a strong client partnership with InterMune we were able to showcase our expertise and flexibility as dates, locations and scope were altered on several occasions to maximize InterMune’s successful entry into the marketplace. Infrared offered insight and solutions to avoid excessive cost ramifications, offering positive and solution-based collaboration.

We also partnered with the Commercial Leadership and Training teams to successfully build and train a sales force in time for receipt of FDA approval while navigating the integration of Esbriet into the Genentech franchise. Infrared’s collaboration ensured that senior management focused on a successful entry into the marketplace thereby enabling their field team to meet and exceed targeted sales goals.
