Aegon – Queen’s Club Hospitality Activation
Aegon are lead sponsors of British Tennis; we’ve been working with them since the end of 2013 with a brief to re-invigorate their hospitality platform, giving a particular focus to delivering their business strategy through key brand messaging in adherence to the FCA Regulations.
Aegon’s flagship event is a seven day tournament at London’s famous Queen’s Club. In 2016 we managed and hosted over 600 guests over the course of the seven days. We design and build the hospitality suite, as well as manage the ticketing, catering and staffing across the week. In addition to the flagship event, we also manage Aegon’s other title sponsored events in Birmingham, Eastbourne and Nottingham.
600 guests attended the hospitality suite over seven days of play in 2016. The post event guest survey returned an average rating of 4.6 out of 5 against overall guest experience. Through the use of a tailored online Business Case, we support Aegon with post-event ROI analysis on guest attendance, business relationships and sales uplifts, as well brand advocacy.
